Description
|
For a wonderful family holiday try our clean and tidy, lake front property (within walking distance of the beach) four bedroom cottage with deck, sleeps up to 8. Three bedrooms have double beds and the fourth has bunk beds.
No Smoking, no pets. Bring your own bedding, towels, as well as tea towels, dish cloths and paper products e.g. toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. Renting is by the week only. NO WEEKEND RENTALS!
Check-out at 11 a.m, Saturday and Check-in time at 2 p.m. Saturday. Please vacuum and clean before leaving.

Equipment:
Upon entering the side door of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. An eat at bar seating eight separates the kitchen from the living room. There is also a table with four chairs for additional seating.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is an open concept living room with cathedral ceiling laminate flooring. In the living room is a 25 inch TV with satellite connection, a three seater sofa, loveseat chair and recliner. All of these are comfortable modern furniture. Off of the living area there is a single bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On this level are three bedrooms.
Through a door to the left of the living room area, there are five steps down to a sitting room/games room with an additional TV and DVD/VCR player. The fourth bedroom is off of this sitting room.
There is a barbecue and propane tank on the deck. There are deck chairs, and a picnic table with an umbrella also on the deck.
Across the road from the cottage is a dock with boat lift and boat launching area where there is also a stone outdoor fire circle. The shore is flat rock extending into the water. At the shore is a resin bench and chairs. There are spectacular views of sunsets from this area as well as from the cottage deck.

When your payment is received, a receipt will be mailed or e-mailed. If you reserve your time after May 1st, the total payment of $850 must be made to reserve your vacation. Payment must be made by bank deposit. Deposit is required upon your committment after you sign and return the Short-Term Rental Agreement."Only persons agreeing with these terms, including signing a Rental Agreement, need e-mail a reply."
