It sits on 10 beautiful acres overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Amazing panoramic ocean view from both inside and outside of the Farmhouse.
This century home is warm and inviting from the minute you walk through the door.
Brand new propane BBQ. Huge pot for cooking lobster and all the utensils.
Cable TV, DVD/VHS Player.
Outdoor Fire pit and horse shoe pit.
Miles of sandy beach a stone's throw away.
Dundee Resort and Golf Club just 30 minutes away.
Only 5 minutes away from a community medical clinic.
Famous Point Michaud beach only 5 minutes away with great surfing.
Just over an hour from Sydney which features fabulous restaurants, nightlife, shops, theaters, and a casino.
Watch the lobster boats come and go from the front porch or living room. Enjoy fresh seafood from the wharf which is a 10 minute walk from the house.
Only 10 minutes to St. Peters for groceries, drug store, restaurants and gas. There is a convenience store around the corner from the cottage with wine, beer and small selection of groceries.
