Description
|
This is a 4 season cottage with a beautiful large yard with 200 ft. of frontage on Lake Erie. Plenty of room for entertaining inside and out. The cottage is 1200 sq. ft. with a deck and firepit facing the lake for enjoying beautiful sunrises with morning coffee, or evening cocktails by the fire listening to the waves roll in. From May to September, there is good fishing for Perch & Walleye, and during July and August, there are excellent catches of Rainbow (Steelhead) out of the Wheatley Harbour reported daily. There is also a ferry operating out of Leamington and Kingsville that will take sightseers to Peelee and Kelly's Island.

3 bedrooms with 2 baths, a fully furnished kitchen with built-ins including microwave, dishwasher, oven, and trash compacter. central air and heat. There is also a wood burning stove for use if desired on cool nights. Included is a laundry room with washer & dryer.
