Whether you enjoy your lazy summer days relaxing on the dock or snuggling up to the wood burning fireplace on a snowy winter day, this paradise is the perfect retreat from the hectic pace of life. Nestled on a gentle sloping waterfront, this charming, well maintained and fully furnished cottage provides a panoramic view of calm, pristine Carson Lake. This 3/4 acre property is situated in a quiet, low traffic area. Enjoy early morning coffee, conversation, reading or late evening stargazing from the deck located at the front of the cottage. Enjoy 120 feet of ultra quiet shoreline for great swimming, fishing, boating and waterskiing. The weed free, shallow wade entry is perfect for small children. Outdoor furniture includes: a picnic table, lawn chairs, horseshoe pit, canoe, paddle boat with life jackets (2 adult jackets and 4 children jackets) volleyball/badminton net and beach toys. Firewood for the firepit is provided. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has a twin over double bunk bed. The third bedroom which is located downstairs, has a double bed. Blankets, pillows and a set of linens for each bed is provided at no additional cost. This air-conditioned cottage comes with a 32" TV with VCR/DVD combo, satellite dish, BBQ with propane tank. During your winter stay, snowshoes are available for the family at an additional charge ($15/person or $50/ family during your entire stay). Snowshoe around the cottage, around the lake or even take them into Algonquin Park for a day trip and use them on one of their many trails.
Located 45 minutes east of Algonquin Park, 2 hours from Ottawa, 4 hours from Toronto. Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. Since our cottage is family owned and lovingly maintained by us for our rental guests and of course our own family's use, families or responsible couples are preferred. Maximum number of occupants is 7. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, as well as a $300 refundable damage deposit

Rental Rates
|
Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental in high season. Available nightly/partial week during low season. Since our cottage is family owned and lovingly maintained by us for our rental guests and of course our own family's use, families or responsible couples are preferred. Maximum number of occupants is 7. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, as well as a $300 damage deposit.
$1200/week (high season July - August)
$625/week (Off season) Price is less for single occupancy
