Description
|
Welcome to Heron Point Rental situated on the most sought after lake in the Gatineau Hills of Quebec. It is the only rental property on this pristine rock bottom lake with gorgeous swimming just steps from the cottage.
There is a large cement dock where you can relax and watch the Great Blue Herons patrol the lakeshore or use the canoe, paddleboat or kayak for your enjoyment. There are four downhill ski resorts and three golf clubs all within a half hour drive. Furthermore, you are only 30 minutes from Ottawa and all the National Capital has to offer. In the winter you can snowshoe or xcountry ski the lake or take a trail to another nearby lake where we keep a skating rink going throughout the season. Dog sledding is also available nearby.
Heron Point Rental is an ideal sanctuary away from it all within a close drive from Ottawa.
Heron Point rental is only available to families and groups of adults (25 years of age and older) looking for a peaceful get away in the country. No party groups allowed.

Equipments:
Beautiful three bedroom country home lined with pine offers a fully equipped modern kitchen. Five piece cedar lined bathroom includes a jet tub. There is a 42 inch TV with satellite receiver, DVD player and selection of DVDs. Also there is a Harmon Kardon stereo for your enjoyment so bring your favourite CDs. There is a large deck with a Gazebo, BBQ and furniture including a double swinging chair to relax in. Inside is a unique circular Swiss style fireplace and outside a fire pit in the lawn surrounded by gardens.
The village of Perkins is about only five KMs away where you will find a Marche Richilieu grocery store. It has everything you might need including wine/beer/liquor, DVD rental, deli counter and prepared takeout food.

Rental Rates
|
High Season (mid June to mid September) $1,400 per week. Only weekly rentals during high season.
Low Season (mid September to mid June) $800 per week and $350 per weekend.
Please enquire for holiday rates such as Thanksgiving;Christmas/New Year;Easter etc.
50% deposit required at booking time.
$250 refundable damage deposit required.
