RENTALS ARE SATURDAY 4:00 P.M. TO SATURDAY 11:00 A.M. PRIVATE SAND BEACH
Our 3 bedroom family cottage is situated on beautiful Lake Muskoka, 8 km from Bala and 3km from Torrance. The western exposure gives a beautful view of the lake and sunsets. The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated with brand new furniture in the dining area. A large front deck has been added in 2012. A gradual sloping natural sand beach gives a safe place for children to learn to swim. Private dock and rowboat included. The dock was rebuilt in 2009. Rentals in July and August are Saturday to Saturday, times to be arranged. The cottage is about 45 meters from the lake and 25 meters from neighbour's cottage.

There is dockage for boats, but no Sea Doos please. Ceiling fans in kitchen and master bedroom. Maximum 6 people.

Firepit: There is no firepit as there are frequent fire bans in Muskoka.

SATELLITE TV with Canadian and US networks plus Movie and Specialty Channels, VCR, DVD, electric range, fridge, microwave, water cooler, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, blankets, pillows, barbeque, balcony, dock, row boat, deck furniture, ceiling fans in dining area and master bedroom.
