ASLAN'S HOLLOW, originally was called Lilac Commons...due to BEING SUROUNDED BY LILAC TREES !! JUNE IS LOOKING AWESOME..LILACS ARE OPENING!!! or check out SEPTEMBER...STILL SOME TIME available IN EITHER MONTH!, OR WOULD YOU LIKE A FALL VACATION IN OCTOBER/NOVEMBER???? weeks still available, but not for long I am sure!!!!
BEST PLACE TO ENJOY THE BRUCE PENINSULA FROM!! AND BEGIN YOUR EXPLORING!!!
Enjoy all The Bruce Peninsula has to offer while staying in a clean, quaint, 2 + bedroom cottage. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people with 2 double beds and a futon. Need a little more space? We also offer a bunkie, right outside the back door that sleeps the extra 3 people, it has electricity, and we put in a room heater to make it cozy.
PROPANE AND WOOD HEAT(spring/fall/winter) WIRELESS INTERNET !!!
ALL YOUR LINENS ARE PROVIDED!! Beds are made for you when you arrive!! Towels are high quality too. For those of you traveling from other countries especially..you do not have to pack linens! Small shampoos, conditioners, soaps are also provided.
Some provided wood is just outside to use for a lovely evening campfire, or to cozy up by the livingroom woodstove. Coffee filters, sugar, spices, and a well equipped kitchen will make your travel packing so easy and your stay stress free!!
We are a few minutes walk to the clean sandy Lions Head beach, The Bruce Trail entrance, marina, grocery store, restaurant, pub and liquor store. We also have The Dark Sky Viewing Platform at the marina!! There are long range binoculars for daytime viewing!!!
Enjoy walks on The Bruce Trail, swimming at the beach, day trips to Tobermory, Sauble Beach, Greigs Caves, The Grotto, Explore the Lighthouses of the Bruce, and so much more. ROCK CLIMBING!!
In the evenings enjoy a BBQ on our large private deck, roast marshmallows over a bonfire, or just relax with a book, a movie, or a bubble bath in our large soaker tub!

There is a marina in the town so bring your boat, sea doo, your kayak, canoe, or water skiis, fishing poles or downriggers!!! etc....Georgian Bay will fill all your desires!! or 10 minutes away...Lake Huron ... a bit warmer water, but all the same fun!!! and right across the road from our cottage is the tennis court!! WINTER: with the snow comes the trails!! cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling! ... we have it all at our doorstep!!
