This new cottage home has a southern exposure with lots of sun all day. It offers sophistication and luxury on each floor. Exposed beam and hardwood floors give it a nice cosiness. The large windows throughout the house bring you very close to nature.

Surrunded by white and yellow birch, spruce and other fur trees, the cottage features two large bedrooms (one with queen bed overlooking the bay, the other with two twin beds with a forest view), two full bathrooms, open kitchen, living/dining room and a TV/Study area.
The walk out basement with great views to the bay offers exercise equipment, lounge chairs and a wall built in queen size bed.

Deck with BBQ on the livingroom/kitchen level.
Sundeck by the water with canoe.
