Lots of birds and ducks, area famous for migration of birds and Monarch butterflies.Only minutes away from beaches and Wheatley Provincial Park Two creeks Conservation Area and Kopegaron Woods.
Designer kitchen all stainless steel appliances including wine cooler. Wood floors and custom ceramic tiling,in this multi- level beach home. Entertainment includes 3 flat screen TVS with satellite high speed internet connection for your laptop. Relax by the gas fireplace, or set the central air conditioning to cool you from the hot summer days.
There are three bedrooms, two on the main floors, with one bathroom on main level with shower. The upstairs master bedroom has sliding doors out to the roof top balcony overlooking the lake.Bathroom has bathtub,shower closure.
There is a family room off the kitchen and sitting area all open to kitchen. The livingroom, dining room has a fireplace, TV with two sofas to lay back and enjoy the view or watch TV.
There is a kitchen table set with four chairs .Also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Mature property with beautiful willow trees ,bird feeders, dominating lake view, large dock,with koi pond with fish. A vast array of things to do, for outings and shopping.
