Cozy and clean, this all season, semi-private 3 small bedroom cottage is nestled amongst many maple, birch and cedar trees with Palmerston Lake out its front door. 3 bedrooms include queen bed ,bunk beds and double sofa bed in a third room,accommodating a family of 6 very comfortably. Included for your enjoyment are satelite TV, VCR/DVD, phone,(no cell phone service, please bring phone card for long distance) electric heat, fully equipped kitchen with microwave,fridge,stove, infant furniture upon request, 3 piece bathroom , W/D available as of late May-Oct., ceiling fan, large furnished screened porch facing the lake, complimentary use of propane BBQ on patio area with picnic table,a second octagonal picnic table on a patio stoned area on the lawn, 6 deckchairs, canoe,pedalboat, and lots of gorgeous sunsets. Excellent fairly shallow swimming area with sandy bottom & no weeds, floating raft for the kids.Toddler sandbox with sand toys and large grassy front yard. Cottage is plumbed with pristine lake water, please bring your own for drinking. Wireless Internet for checking email only.

Rates
Off/low season rates from September -June,as reasonable as $100.00 per night for 1- 4 persons. $25.00 per night per person extra.
July and August 2010, $850.00 weekly. Weekly rentals only during July and August. Now accepting Fall 2010 reservations.Thanksgiving available, $125.00 per night, 1-4 persons.

Notes
Just minutes from the cottage are OFSC snowmobile and EOTA ATV trails. X-country skiing, ice fishing,skating on the lake(weather permitting) during the winter months and Summer hiking trails are just a taste of what country outdoor life in The Land O' Lakes is all about. Unlimited public access to crown land and many other lakes in the area for fishing year round. Palmerston Lake is a very deep, clean, clear, spring fed lake and offers good Bass and Lk Trout fishing from May-Nov. Boat lift for dry storage of your own boat. Blankets and pillows provided. Please provide your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.Other cottages in the area are privately owned, not a resort type area, set on private laneway. Perfect for family guests who just want a relaxing getaway. Respectful hosts reside year round on same property. No indoor smoking and no pets please. We encourage recycling always.Quiet time is 11 PM. Not suitable for large groups.
