BEAUTIFUL SUMMER or WINTER ESCAPE: 3000 sq ft Panabode Log Home on Trout Lake in North Bay. Large, flat, grassy lot with southern exposure and beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. During the summer guests can enjoy a swim, fish, canoe or kayak from the dock or relax on the sandy beach. Outdoor equipment includes propane BBQ, 2 dining tables and chairs, fire pit, lawn chairs; 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, ladderball, volleyball/ badminton. Summer rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
During the winters guests enjoy time spent outdoors, or inside this cozy log home beside the fire.
Amentities include WIFI, HDTV with Bell satellite, 2nd TV.
Heating: electric base boards, wood stove on lower level, propane fireplace upstairs
Four sliding glass doors open to a huge deck for dining, or relaxing in the shade or sun.
Huge master bedroom with king-sized bed, 3 additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds.
2 full baths, Jacuzzi bathtub, W/D, all linens included.
Dishwasher, microwave, pots & pans, baking pans/dishes, etc, etc; Please ask as items too numerous to list.
Guests allowed: Yes for day visits however events or large gatherings are not allowed.

Pets: One well-behaved dog per group is welcome
Acres of beautiful hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails right across the road; great fishing; 20 minutes to 18-hole golf course, shopping mall, or downtown North Bay.
During the winter Laurentian Alpine Ski Hill is 20 min into town, only 10 minutes to Nordic Ski Club for groomed ski and snowshoe trails with rentals, and 1 hour to Antoine Mountain for alpine skiing near Mattawa. Direct access out the front door to snowmobile trail A-1 where The Portage Restaurant is 5 min away.
**Please note the cottage is on a septic system on a very clean lake. We require that the number of guests staying and/or visiting is no more than what is stated at the time of booking. No events or large gatherings are allowed. Rates are based on 6 guests, there is a 2-night minimum stay. Please see RATES section for details.

| Had a great week, the cottage is large and user friendly, the yard is fairly flat for people of all ages and easy access to water is great, highly recommend it for all.

| Beautiful rustic cottage...Our 2 week vacation is coming to a close and my family and I had a wonderful time at Davidson Point. The cottage offers plenty of water front and lawn space to enjoy the pleasures of Trout Lake with a scenic view from the point. I was most impressed by the cleanliness when we arrived as well as the spaciousness of the cottage. If you like to cook this is the cottage to rent as it supplies a well stocked kitchen.

| The owners could not have been easier to deal with, very nice people. The cottage is spacious and well appointed. There is a lot of waterfront property and we were able to dock our boat there. Caught some great fish in the lake!

| Our family stayed at Davidson Pointe cottage several times over the last few years for snowmobile vacation trips. The cottage is excellent !
Comfortable, clean and lots of room.
Jim is very friendly and accommodating.
Looking forward to another couple of trips to the cottage again in 2016.
