WELCOME Near Stirling, you will find beautiful, spring fed, Oak Lake. Oak Lake Resort is a small, family run resort with a lovely beach, quaint cottages and Redly's Restaurant. Four Season Enjoyment
In the fall you can enjoy hiking, a beautiful view from an observation tower that is close by, the gorgeous fall colours in this area and the peace and quiet of a country retreat. In spring, swimming often starts in May. Why wait for July to begin enjoying the beach? In the winter you can go skiing Batawa Ski Hill, visit cross country trails, ice fishing and snowmobiling.

There's lots of other things to do nearby as well - golf, hiking, biking, horseback riding, e bike rentals, interesting shopping in the picturesque Village of Stirling, live theatre, Breweries, the Hastings County Museum of Agricultural Heritage, World's Finest Chocolate factory, cheese factories, farm stands and many excellent dining establishments. Within a half hour drive you can also easily visit Belleville and the Belleville Casino, as well as the wineries, breweries, restaurants, galleries and shops of Prince Edward County. The Hummingbird Lakeside Cottage is a modern cottage. It is bright and sunny and located directly on the waterfront. It has its own deck and a private dock just outside the front door. It has two bedrooms, and one bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has bunk.
The Manor - A five bedroom, three bathroom home that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people! Has wifi, TV's, washer and dryer, large wrap around porch and plenty of room to spread out and relax.
All Cottages have decks or a porch, fully appointed kitchens, BBQ, TV, and access to the beach.
Quilts and pillows are provided. Please bring your own linens, towels and toiletries.
Oriole Cottage has three bedrooms and it can accommodate 7 people. It is spacious and sunny, with large windows overlooking the lake, and the beach is only seconds away from your doorstep.
Amenities
Oak Lake Resort has a sandy beach, picnic tables, beach volleyball, fishing (not off dock), restaurant and plenty of parking. It is a perfect place for you to spend your family vacation. Don't feel like cooking while you are on vacation? No problem! Just drop over to Redly's to enjoy our homemade hamburgers, home cut french fries, poutine, ice cream and more.

| We had the pleasure of renting this cottage over the labour day long weekend and it was such a nice retreat. Despite the water level being low at this time of the year, we still enjoyed walking into the water and dipping our toes and the dogs loved running and splashing around. The beach which is close by was great as well. Lots of light and airflow throughout the cottage. There was lots of wood for our nightly fires and the neighbors were wonderful to chat with. Laurie and Andre were very quick to reply and were available if we needed anything. We would recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone looking for a quiet place to recharge.

| Laurie and Andre were great hosts, answering all questions and providing all the instructions about the cottage. Located by the water, it has a stunning sunset! Perfect for swimming. Cottage is well equipped. Perfect place to relax and easy access from downtown Kingston. I hope to come back next summer!

| We had the pleasure of spending a few days this summer and we absolutely loved it! We wanted to be away from city and this location was perfect to disconnect. The property was great and our kids had a great time running around and we had a great time just sitting by the water and enjoying how serene it was (great for morning coffee :)
Also, the house was well equipped with everything and the owners were FANTASTIC!!! Answered all my questions were very helpful.
We loved our experience and hope to go back next summer.

| We spent a week at this cottage with my family. We really appreciated our stay it's very quite place and helped us disconnect from our daily routine. T he water is very clean if you want to swim right at the cottage or if you prefer the seed beach there is a big and clean one about 10 min away ?the Big Sandy bay beach ?. There is also restaurants in the island. If you want to go to downtown Kingston you can take the ferry every hour by car or you can park for free in the island and take the ferry by walk ?better option ? imho.
The description is accurate, the cottage was clean and welcoming.

| We spent two weeks in this beautiful manor in August 2019.
We are a family of six adults and four children and there was plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped which meant we were able to enjoy family meals, both indoors and outdoors on the wrap around porch.
The manor is beautifully situated on the water front where there is a safe beach and a restaurant run by the family who own the property. We had no problems but feel confident that any would have been dealt with quickly because the staff are so very helpful.
Breakfast at the restaurant is a real treat!
We had a wonderful stay here and would thoroughly recommend it.
