RUSTIC CHARM ! SPECTACULAR LAKEVIEW AND MAGNIFICENT SUNSET

THIS COTTAGE IS DIRECTLY ON THE LAKE, only 1.5 hours drive from Toronto. This lakefront 3 bedrooms cottage is on a level lot on the south shore of beautiful Rice lake which is 23 miles long with 21 islands. Rice lake has the most fish per acre of any lake in Ontario including large and small mouth bass, walleye, pickerel, crappie, perch, muskie and pan fish etc. Rice lake is South of Peterborough and North East of Oshawa.

A fire pit, aluminum dock, excellent fishing !

This cottage is good for canoeing, kayaking (complimentary use of my canoe and kayaks, life jackets provided), fishing and nature lovers who would like to explore the nearby water body, only 10 minutes by canoe from the waterfront.

This cottage sleeps 7 people comfortably.

SUNSET: From inside the cottage through the picture window, and from the walk out deck, waterfront deck and the dock, you will be able to capture the beautiful views of Rice lake, islands, magnificent sunset. You will witness a fire ball dropping from the sky and eventually disappearing from the horizon, and the beautiful twilight that lasts for close to an hour.

Note: Non house keeping cottage, but the lawn will be mowed, cottage kept clean and sanitized prior to your arrival, we also provide cleaning supplies and clear/black bags.
