Welcome to the Leafy Retreat!
Below you will find the policies and procedures that have been developed to keep this an enjoyable place for you and future tenants. During your stay at the Leaf Retreat, please contact Nora or Travis Taylor right away should you have any questions or concerns about the cottage, its contents or the property.
By signing this rental agreement, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms, conditions and details listed below.

Conditions
Pets are not allowed at the Leafy Retreat under any circumstances.
Tents and trailers are not permitted on-site at any time.
The inside of the cottage is a non-smoking, candle-free space. If a tenant chooses to smoke outside, an ashtray must be used and butts must disposed of in the provided ashtrays.
No camp fires of any size are permitted anywhere on the Leafy Retreat property.
Appliances and large pieces of furniture eg. bed, dresser, sofa, wardrobes, cupboard and the tv console should not be rearranged in the cottage. Indoor furniture must remain indoors and outdoor furniture must remain outdoors ( unless stored for the winter). Beach towels are not provided. Cottage bedding or linens should not be removed from the cottage. Tenants who are evicted will forfeit all monies paid and no credits or refunds will be issued.
