The Brownshideaway 3 bedroom water front cottage located on Norcan Lake comes with a large
sun deck, shallow entry to water,a private dock that offers great fishing.Cottage has satellite TV,vcr,
DVD player,radio.The kitchen has all your needs:microwave,stove,all utensils,fridge, freezer and
other small appliances.There is a second freezer for your weekly stay.Cottage offers patio furniture
BBQ.fire pit, a dock where you can experience fishing right there.The cottage also has a wood
stove for cooler nights. Two bedrooms have double beds & dressers.The third bedroom has a bunk
bed & dresser,and closet,blankets.Quests are to bring double bed sheets,Towels and toiletries.
Pets are not allowed. There is also a boat & motor for rent . The rate for large cottage is $1200. per
week.
The cottages are not all season.
The rental rate is $1200.cdn The US rate is $900.00US for one week
Yellow Cottage
We also have a cozy cottage situated on waterfront.The cottage has two bedrooms..one has double
bed the other has bunkbeds.It has kitchen.all appliances,Tv.satellite and a deck.However there is no bathroom..outhouse.The lake is great for a bath. Enjoy sitting on the deck at the waters edge and relaxing.
The rent is $500.00/

children, however we do request cleanliness & order. A deposit fee is required to reserve your week.
