Big sky and beauty of area peaceful backdrop for couples, families, hunters, retreats. Abundant wildlife in their natural habitat. 1000 sq ft on three floors. Upper loft Master Suite Queen Bed. | LOVED my visit! Breathtaking views, cabin was better in person, owners allowed for privacy but very accomodating (thanks for the toothbrush!). Perfect place to rejuvenate; enjoyed the deck listening to the crickets and birds, full kitchen to create culinary treats, great hikes, could watch a movie, lots of reading and resting. Love to return annually!

| Absolutely wonderful experience at Big Buck Lodge. Murray was so welcoming, and gave us the utmost privacy. Cabin is beautiful, scenery is breathtaking, the entire trip was so peaceful and restorative. We will definitely go back again!

| First off the pictures don't show you he lives right beside this cabin second we had packed our stuff Sunday night so Monday we could just get up and go so we headed out for the evening when within a hour of being gone murray emailed to say he had went in to the cabin .this is disturbing we were rented till Monday at 11 and when I discussed it with him he said sorry and that was it no offer for a refund hell we didn't even stay our last night cause that was creepy

Owner response: We sincerely regret this misunderstanding. We must emphasize that we were worried, concerned for their well being. This concern was passed on to them in our e-mail. Client version of time-line and actual facts seems to be inconsistent and inaccurate. They were in fact gone all day and well into the late evening of the day. We discussed our concern for them at length and made the decision to step into the door, to see if perhaps they had decided to leave, or if in fact had met with some kind of misfortune. Side Note: At what point, as owners, do we have the right to inspect our property?There could potentially be flooding, burner left on, etc. This client seems to ignore our pledge of respect for peoples privacy. This was an exceptional situation. We have hundreds of satisfied clients, and have never had this issue before. It is our normal policy to not enter the cabin when rented unless invited to do so by clients. Again, this was, in our minds an exceptional situation. Be assured, that we do not enter and rummage through clients belongings as suggested by this client. We will certainly give consideration to all of this clients complaints, and hopefully can do better in the future. | |

| Murray and Julie were very kind and accommodating. They do live nearby as another person mentioned but I hardly knew they were there. The skies are big and the scenery is wonderful. Dark skies at night perfect for star gazing and I even caught some aurora! The cabin is brand new and had everything I needed. The peace and quiet was very healing and I headed back to the city feeling very grateful and re-energized. I highly recommend a stay here at least once in your life!
