A private, peaceful and beautiful location on the shores of one of the best fishing rivers in the near north. The Magnetawan River has bass, pike and walleye. Park and public beach in Magnetawan 20 km. away. Whitestone Lake has a public sandy beach and launch 6 km. away. There are two golf courses within a 35 minute drive. 30,000 island boat cruise in Parry Sound. Hiking, fishing and canoeing at the cottage. Beautiful 3 bedroom Viceroy cottage with gorgeous all pine interior with pine floors and slate with wood stove. Beautiful screened in muskoka room to bbq , relax and enjoy a cool drink or coffee without the bugs! We have a propane bbq( propane included!) and a Big Green Egg charcoal bbq! There's a beautiful deck to sun bathe as well. We have a stereo , 40" tv with satellite and blu ray player with over 50 dvds. Nice level fire pit area to roast hotdogs and marshmallows or just have a nap in the hammock. Fish and swim off the large floating dock. There is a sandy entry into the water as well. Canoe,kayak, paddle board and 14' aluminum rowboat with oars /anchor which we include with the rental.
