| This was our 3rd time coming up to Frank's cottage in September 2018 and as always we had a fabulous time. Fishing was amazing with lots of Pike being caught and released and although the water was a little cold for swimming it was nice to catch the sunsets down on the dock each night. We had a major storm blow through the area and we lost power for a little while and Frank was right on top of it. He remained in contact via text with my husband advising him of the hydro one updates to power being restored and let us know where to find an extra flashlight or two that we hadn't thought to bring ourselves. You couldn't ask for better communication from the owner. Our adult kids look forward all year long to this family weekend every fall - a tradition that we will continue for as long as they allow us to rent. See you in 2019 Chandos Lake...

| Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at your charming and rustic cottage situated on a peaceful and private bay on Chandos. The weather couldn't have been more perfect either. The deck and dock views are amazing and added so much to our relaxing stay. Thank you so much Frank and Elaine for sharing your beautiful spot and for your quick response Frank to any and all questions that came up. Greatly appreciated!

| First of all, what a BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE and LOCATION. I came here with a group of friends for Thanksgiving weekend and everything about this cottage was perfect. We also came at an excellent time where the leaves have changed colour!
Facilities were great, cottage was great, view was fantastic and Frank was very responsive to all our questions. Thank you for allowing us to host our thanksgiving dinner at your beautiful cottage.

| Came up for a weekend in October with our family of 4 (plus the kids' boyfriend/girlfriend) and had a wonderful time. Cottage was awesome - rustic and cozy with a woodstove to keep you warm on those chilly mornings and cool fall evenings. The layout was ideal - upper master bedroom and 2 rooms on the lower level - we had more then enough space and never felt on top of each other. We enjoyed having coffee on the wraparound deck that overlooked both the waterfront and the side of the cottage where the firepit was. Having campfires in the evening was an added bonus! The fishing was tough but respectable given the time of year and cold temps in the mornings. We got a smallmouth out front of the cottage, and the girls caught 2 pike with one pushing 10 lbs. We look forward to another fall family weekend at this wonderful spot!

| I've been renting cottages for years and this is by far the best rental experience I've ever had.
Located right on the water, the cottage offers privacy and plenty of lawn space for the kids to play. There's also a beautiful wrap around deck where we started our days drinking coffee and enjoying the view.
It's obvious from the moment you step inside that this is well loved, well cared for and clean ... and not just someone's rental property.
I can't say enough good things about this cottage. We'll definitely be back next year!
