Beautiful home in Sauble Beach available for your family's summer retreat. This 2 story, 2500 sq ft home sits on a quarter acre treed corner lot, with a covered deck, fire pit, and horse shoe pit. The newly renovated eat-in kitchen includes all appliances and utensils you need during your stay, including 48" gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher.
A full living room and separate den offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy some quiet time. Wifi is available for your convenience as well as a 40" TV with streaming device for your entertainment. The main floor offers access to a covered deck with stairs down to the backyard.
Upstairs has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a 3 piece ensuite. Rooms 2 and 3 each have 1 queen bed, and room 4 has 2 single beds. Another 4 piece bathroom is upstairs, and a 2 piece bathroom is on the main floor. There is a queen sofa bed in the den on the main floor if required.
The home is located a short 10 minute stroll to the beautiful, sandy shore of Sauble Beach. Also a short walk to the main street where you'll find dining, shops, arcade and more.
