This beautiful home is situated on Lake Erie in the village of Port Stanley, just 30 minutes south of London. There is direct access to our private sandy beach. A year round home, it has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, air-conditioning, heating, laundry facilities, and a barbecue. The beach itself has a fire pit for toasting marshmallows over the bonfire.
The front door opens onto the ground level and has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry tub and a convenient second fridge. The indoor garage has lots of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs for your use on the beach.
The main living quarters are on the upper floor with a huge great room, eat-in kitchen, dining area and a master bedroom with an ensuite. There is a lovely windowed sitting room overlooking the lake, which can also be used as an extra sleeping area for one. There are many large windows that allow for lots of light and a gorgeous view of the lake. Glass doors open onto a huge upper story deck for dining and sunning.

The village center is a 15 minute walk. Port Stanley Festival Theater is a popular spot as well as the many restaurants and quaint shops. There are two golf courses nearby. There is an active art community and many village celebrations.
Bed linens will be provided, however you must bring your own towels.
