Nightly sunset views and breathtaking reflections off of the calm water in the mornings paint a perfect picture. Situated with 60 feet of a hard sand and stone bottom waterfront that allows children to wade slowly into the crystal clear lake - waterfront doesn't get any better than this! Amazing place to create lasting family memories. Located on stunning Cameron Lake near Fenelon Falls, you can leave this cottage by canoe and get to town in 10 minutes. You can also walk, bike, ATV or snowmobile to town on the Kawartha Rail Trail - one of the best kept secret of the Kawarthas. The flat grassy area from the cottage to the water's edge is great for playing catch and other outdoor games. You can watch the kids splash in the water and play in the sand or just relax and take in the breathtaking views of the lake. And after the sunset falls, families can enjoy this outdoor space with a campfire, roasting marshmallows with the sound of the water against the shore in the background. Inside the cottage you will be greeted with an open concept design that is perfect for entertaining the whole family. Boasting a fully stocked kitchen, family sized dining table and a breakfast bar for three additional guests, this space is sure to impress. When the nights get chilly, warm up by the fireplace. With the kitchen, living and dining space overlooking the waterfront through wall-to-wall windows, you will feel calm and at peace with the beauty surrounding this property. | Wow! We have been renting cottages for the past decade or so, and we must say that this one tops almost all of them. It is very well cared for, with lovely details such as great sheets, toiletries to start you off and soft towels. The amenities are amazing; big lawn, soft sandy beach, comfortable chairs, lovely deck and dock in addition to first class washer/dryer, fridge, and AC, which make you feel like you're in a luxury home ( which it totally is! ). The owners are prompt and helpful with responses and take pride in their incredible hospitality ( thanks for the surprise left for us on the first day we arrived! ). We really enjoyed our two weeks at the cottage and look forward to coming back.

| My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at this beautiful cottage. Very clean and fully stocked. Kitchen was well equipped, fire wood was available, many other great amenities.
Wonderful little touches really show the pride in the owner. Stacey was great to work with and provided very quite replies.
I can't wait to visit again!

| My husband and I had a wonderful week at Sunset Bay Cottage. The cottage was clean upon arrival and had every amenity that was promised. We didn't have one problem or complaint. Of course we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and spent a lot of time just enjoying the view of Lake Cameron. How wonderful to wake up to the view of the lake. We got to see more of the lake when we took the paddle boat out. The cottage is very close to town and only about a 10-15 minute drive to Bobcaygeon. We enjoyed checking out all the shops and antique stores in both towns. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to return in the future.

| Our stay at Sunset Bay was a little piece of heaven on earth, and became "our happy place" for two weeks. The cottage provided us a just- like-home feeling without the stress. The completely equipped modern kitchen had a lovely wall unit which looked amazing and offered ample dishes. Very much enjoyed the water view while preparing meals here. The laundry was a nice amenity. Everything in the cottage was found to be cleaned and well cared for inside and out. The cottage offered propane for BBQ; a canoe; paddle boat, and even wood was supplied for our campfires. Sunset Cove offers a lovely sandy beach, and a great dock which we secured our 18' motor boat. We also enjoyed badminton, golf ladder, water sports, fishing, swimming, cycling on the trail, walking to shops and restaurants. The sunsets were to die for!! We have been to Hawaii and this cottage topped our stay there for the picturesque sunsets. Thank you seems inadequate. We enjoyed every last minute of our stay and will definitely return.

| Sunset Battery Cottage is a truly magical place, within five minutes of arrival you feel calm and refreshed.
The view is amazing and it changes hourly, one minute the water is still and serine...... wait and loons, ducks,canadian geese swim by sharing your experience.
The amenities are first class, not once did we say oh boy wish we'd brought that, it was already taken care of. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and perfect for entertaining inside and out.
Our family had a wonderful experience and hope to return soon. Thanks for an amazing vacation. The Mayhew Family
