Waterfront Balm Beach cottage on a sandy beach. Full weekly rentals only. Private and quiet sandy beach located just 90 minutes north of Toronto in the Balm Beach area of Tiny Township. This property is hidden off Tiny Beaches Rd, right on a white sandy beach. If you are looking for relaxation and fun in the sun then this little piece of heaven is the place for you.

Private and quiet beachfront property hidden off of Tiny Beaches Road, just north of Balm Beach. You will never find a cottage as close to the water's edge as ours. This gem has been a private rental for the same families for over 20 years. A few weeks are unspoken for and advance rental requests are possible for next year.
White fluffy sand on the beach and in the water makes for the perfect summer holiday. There are no rocks in the water to worry about here! Imagine yourself spending leisurely days sitting on the beach having to go no further than your front door to watch the kids play in the sand on the beach and in the water. You will be the envy of everyone because you can cook and eat your dinner on the deck while watching and listening to the sounds and sight of the rolling waves on the shoreline. After dinner you and your family can take a nice long leisurely walk down along the shoreline to breathe in the fresh air, or maybe you would like to take a walk along the road down towards Balm Beach where we have an arcade for the kids to play in and maybe get some ice-cream.
Head back to the cottage and picture yourself relaxing on the deck in the evening while enjoying a spectacular view of the most beautiful, peaceful sunsets over the water that Georgian Bay has to offer. Now grab your sticks and get ready to roast marshmallows with your kids over an open fire while gazing up at the bright stars overhead.

Fire pit can be used providing that the township is not exercising a "fire ban". Imagine your own campfire on the beach.
Now it is time for bed, imagine laying on a really comfortable mattress, closing your eyes and being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. The sound of waves can be heard from every room in the cottage.
This 3 bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and 4 piece bathroom cottage is equipped with television, full cable, DVD player, VCR, high speed internet, fridge, stove, chest freezer, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, pots and pans and all kitchenware. There are ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms and the dining room, as well as 4 portable fans. Outside, we supply you with a large deck, propane BBQ, picnic table, lawn chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas are also provided for your enjoyment.
This cottage has all new mattresses, 1 Queen size bed, 1 Double size bed, and 2 single beds (bunk style) are in the third bedroom. The view from the front bedroom, the dining room, kitchen and living room is a breathtaking scene of the gorgeous turquoise blue waters of Southern Georgian Bay.
Shopping, activities, attractions and restaurants are located nearby in the towns of Midland and Penetanguishene. A local bar and restaurants, variety stores and an arcade that also sells food and ice cream is within walking distance from the cottage.
