Cozy lakefront cottage nestled on 38 acres. Located on 300ft of shoreline on beautiful Lake Cecebe.
The shoreline has a sandy beach area with gradual entry making it suitable for children.
This cottage and property is geared to family rentals.
NO party groups allowed. We are a family that takes pride in our cottage and property and want to provide families the opportunity to create lifetime memories.
Waterfront includes: swim raft, canoe, pedal boat, life jackets, dock, chairs, swing set and firepit.
Boat launch near by. Plenty of boating and fishing. Lock close by for entry into Almic Lake or boat 26miles of river to Burk's Falls.
Boat rental available at the local Port Carmen Marina.
The cottage is located 5 minutes from the historical village of Magnetawan The village provides a grocery store, restaurants, ice cream, lcbo, hardware, bait and tackle store, public park, and Market Saturday's 10-1pm. It is a 10minute boat ride to magnetawan to public docks where you can walk to all of the mentioned. Check out the local Lion's Public park with a great children's swim and play area or check out the historic museum.

Amenities include: Satellite TV, wifi, DVD player, deck, BBQ, patio table and screened gazebo on the deck.
