Our cozy waterfront home was built using the tall pines we cleared from our property to build our board and batten, shed roof home. We have two bedrooms, an open concept kitchen and living area, full bath with a tub and large walk in shower. We have more windows than wall space, we really enjoy our view of the river. Our deck almost wraps around our entire home and our large property provides privacy with lots of yard space. We really enjoy our quiet piece of heaven.
The two bedroom open concept home is located directly on the beautiful Brudenell River with spectacular sunset views. Brudenell and Dundrave Championship golf courses are minutes away, can see the golf course from the yard. When renting our home, kayaks, bikes, firewood and fishing gear are included . Jet ski and sea doos are available to rent with notice. Our home has direct access to the sandy shore and clear warm waters. Oysters, clams and great fishing are all just steps away.
