3 bedroom, 1-1/ 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, cable tv, tennis court, natural gas bbq, fenced backyard. We supply bedding. A deposit of $475.00 is due at time of booking to guarantee your week and will not be refunded if you cancel, unless we can re-rent the week. The balance of rent, $475.00 is due at time of check-in, plus a damage deposit of $475.00 which is refunded if everything is intact upon departure.
Check-in is Friday between 5:00 and 6:00 pm and check-out is noon the following Friday. This is a no smoking, no pet cottage due to long term renters with allergies.
Kitchen has been remodelled and new living room furniture since these pics were taken. New mattress in second bedroom. New patio furniture.
We ask that you leave the cottage in reasonable condition. Deplorable conditions
