Come and enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere in one of our private cottages or on a private Seasonal Campsite within Sand Bay Family Campground.

The campground is located on Kamaniskeg Lake near Barry's Bay. Close to Algonquin, Ottawa, Pembroke, Peterborough, Bancroft, and Toronto.

We offer Private Cottages 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom and 4 bedroom and Seasonal Campsites.

Kaminiskeg Lake boasts 90 Km of pristine water for all your water sporting needs.

Fishing is amongst a popular activity found in our area.

Set up your chairs and relax along our 250-ft. frontage of sandy beach.

The gradual shallow entrance of the water is perfect for the littlest cottagers.

The lake itself boasts 90 Km of pristine water for all your water sporting needs.

Enjoy four-wheeling trails right outside of the campground.

There is also plenty of hiking around the area including a spring and a small waterfall.

There is no end to the nature exploration you will find here.

When the day is done return to your cozy cottage and prepare yourself some fresh-caught fish of the day, then put your feet up and have some tasty s'mores treat in front of your warm blazing fire.

When you are all finished for the night you will be welcomed into your comfy, clean, and cozy cottage. Come and stay and create memories with your family that will last a lifetime!!

$100 of the cleaning fee of $157.00 is refundable as long as the cottage is left in the clean condition it was given in. So if you leave the cottage clean you get $100 back.

We are close walking distance to small unique waterfalls, natural spring, and many hiking and four-wheeling trails. We are a close drive to Algonquin Park and other local provincial parks. Barry's Bay offers all of your touristy shopping needs.

2 Bedroom $143 a night plus HST and administration fee so total per night is $167.25
3 Bedroom $172 a night plus HST and administration fee so total per night is $201.16
4 Bedroom $200 a night plus HST and administration fee so total per night is $233.91

There is wifi in the cottage!

Bookings during the Prime summer months are one week bookings arriving on Saturday and Departing on Saturday (July and August months). However we may be able to accommodate a 3 night minimum stay so please let us know what dates you need!

Spring and Fall are 2 Night minimum
Long weekends in the spring and fall are 3 night minimum.

Firewood Must be purchased at Resort
Canoes and Kayaks are available to Rent
All visitors and guests that are visiting you must be registered and paid for prior to their arrival.
