A newly built three -bedroom, two -bathroom family condo perched directly above Deerhurst Resort. This property provides lovely balcony views of Peninsula Lake with semi-private waterfront close to Huntsville's historic downtown, three golf courses, Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area and Algonquin Park.
This condo features a level entry from the parking area but the lake view of a second floor property. A covered porch with an outdoor lockable storage closet for skis or golf clubs greets guests as they approach the front door.
The unit has three bedrooms and sleeps seven. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, lovely lake view, ensuite with a large glass door shower, and a large flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, forest view, and is next to the main bathroom. The third bedroom has large windows on the south and west walls and a view of Deerhurst Resort and Peninsula Lake. This room is multipurpose as it contains a twin over double bunk bed but also features a desk and comfy reading chair so it can easily act as a den or a bedroom. In-suite washer and dryer are available for guest use.
For added convenience, there are two bathrooms in this cottage condo. The main bath is a four-piece with a tub/
shower combo and the ensuite is a three-piece with a shower.
The open conception living, dining and kitchen area includes a well- appointed and stocked kitchen, dining table as well as a bright and sunny south facing living room that opens to a balcony with lake and forest views. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher and an island. The adjacent dining area provides a stylish bar height dining table with seating for six. The living room offers comfortable seating for five, a TV mounted above a gas fireplace and unlimited high speed WiFi.
A glass patio door leads from the living room to an inviting 16 x 8 balcony complete with a BBQ, and in the warmer months, outdoor dining table with seating for four. As this is an end unit, the view to the right of the balcony includes a wooded area and the fresh smells of the natural landscape. The southern view from the balcony looks out to Peninsula Lake over the treetops and landscape of Deerhurst Resort.
Guests have access to the Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area summer waterfront that includes a sandy beach, BBQ area, volleyball court and daytime use dock. A canoe, exclusive to Deer Bluff guests, is available at the waterfront allowing guests to explore the chain of lakes that access to downtown Huntsville and beyond.
If you need lots of space while attending an event at Deerhurst, look no further. This condo is closer to the conference centre than some units that actually belong to the Deerhurst Resort. Publicly accessible Deerhurst activities and rentals are only minutes away.
