This two bedroom executive one level property features an 8 x 20 deck in a large front yard with a generous set back from Pulley road (across the road from beautiful Lake Erie).
The back deck includes a screened in porch to watch those amazing sunsets. Inside lies an open concept modern kitchen/living room featuring large tv mounted above a new gas fireplace. We move down the hall by a three pc bath ,master bedroom with sunset view, queen bed, tv and generous closet. Second bedroom features double bed , tv and closet. Laundry room features washer and dryer. New central a/c. and furnace in 2019. Updated appliances in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge w/ice machine, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker & more. Four skylights in the main room give it a natural feel. We also provide basic satellite tv and internet.
We provide all pots/pans, linens & bath towels. It is recommended you bring your own beach towels. New in 2020... a cement pad in the front yard complete with firepit. Enjoy the view while sitting around your fire.

Note: The new Ontario Waterfront cycling trail is located right out our front door.
Choose the right week this summer and you may enjoy some great perch fishing off the federal dock around the corner. We never really know when they'll show up but when they do it's a treat. You can also bring your boat and trailer and enjoy world class Rainbow, Walleye, Salmon and Perch fishing (seasonal). Boat launch is only a stone's throw away.
Don't have a boat? We'll arrange an experienced fishing charter to show you the time of your life on Lake Erie.
We are only a five minute ride from either Wheatley to the north or Hillman marsh to the south and renowned Point Pelee National Park (birding mecca). Wheatley Provincial Park, Two creeks Conservation Area & Kopegaron Woods are only five minutes away. Rondeau park is a short 40+ minute trip.
If wine is your thing then you already know we are the new wine "hot spot" in Ontario being home to dozens of thriving wineries (Lake Erie wine tour). We have had numerous new wineries starting up each and every year. We have six golf courses within fifteen minutes, Colasanti's tropical garden's is full of tropical plants, birds, animals and plenty of activities for the young and old to enjoy. Try shopping in Leamington's bustling business district or make the trip to Ceasar's Windsor Casino(40 min).
Try one of Wheatley's dining establishments including Renny's Smokehouse, Lucky Wok Chinese cuisine, Car barn and L'il Hills for breakfast and lunch. SORRY, THESE UPTOWN DINING ESTABLISHMENTS ARE CLOSED DUE TO THE AUG 26/2021 WHEATLEY GAS EXPLOSION! The exception is Lil Hill's which is relocated to the Wheatley Talbot Trail golf course.
