Located halfway between New Glasgow and Antigonish on the Sunrise Trail, this open concept home is perfectly located for your Nova Scotia dream vacation. Spend hours walking the beach or swimming in the warm waters. Watch gorgeous sunsets at night from the huge patio. Explore fishing villages and historic communities along the ocean.

Halifax, the provincial capital with its amazing waterfront shops and restaurants is about a two-hour drive. Halifax Stanfield International airport is approximately 90 min away. The ferry to PEI is approximately 30 minutes away near Pictou. The start of the famous Cabot Trail in Cape Breton is approximately an hour away.

The home features three bedrooms (two queens, two single beds) and 2 full baths. It has a fully equipped kitchen (including lobster utensils, Keurig coffee maker and walk-in pantry), a 60-inch flat screen television, free Wi-fi and a deck overlooking the ocean. There is a storage shed with some snorkel equipment, water shoes, beach chairs, bocce ball, and golf clubs. We book very quickly for the June-September season, so don't delay and miss this incredible opportunity. Rentals are by the week and run from Saturday to Saturday.

Nearby access to the beach is close by and situated on an adjacent neighbouring property. However, depending on seasonal weather conditions, the path down to the beach may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges, or small children. In addition, there are two beautiful public beaches nearby. Big Island and Melmerby Beach Provincial Park provide wonderful opportunities for memorable beach days. The Lismore Wharf is a few minutes away, as is Arisaig Provincial Park.
