June is a great month to rent with those preschool kiddies or if you are looking for a quieter time on the lake and in town.This is a beautifully brand new 2 story cottage nestled just minutes away from the Village of Fenelon Falls. This cottage offers a beautiful sandy walk-in beach, fire pit, 2 standup paddles boards and a canoe and a lovely swing under the tree to watch the west facing sunsets. We have a huge 200 sq foot dock where you can eat, lounge, have your coffee in the morning and watch the loons swim by or lay in the hammock under the tree and listen to the waves. This stunning cottage has an outdoor covered porch facing the lake with a bbq, outdoor kitchen sink to cook all your favourite meals. Sit at the elbow bar and watch all the action on the lake, or on the lounge side of the porch nestle yourself on the hanging couch to read your favourite book or have yourself a nice afternoon nap. Just added beautiful ceiling fans to keep you cool on a hot day while you sit outside looking at the lake. The great room and kitchen has 9' ceilings, and a lovely window seat which provides a wonderful seating space for everyone and a great napping area if you need to sneak away for a bit. The Kitchen has an island that seats 4 and a table that seats 8. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace with tv offers a lovely coziness especially in the winter. The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full 3 piece bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs has an open loft area with cozy seating to read or a quiet place for the wee ones to play. It also has a comfortable queen Murphy bed. The extra large 2nd bedroom has two double beds with a separate powder room. All beds have brand new mattresses so you're assured a goodnight sleep. The master bed room has a queen size bed with huge wall to wall windows overlooking the lake. Slide the antique glass pocketdoor open and experience an incredibly large master bathroom with a beautiful view of the lake. The free standing soaker tub gives you a view of the stars at night. There's a walk in shower and a 6' countertop and sink that lets you sit and relax while you do your hair and makeup.
Also upstairs is a washer & dryer.
During the warm weather the use of the bunkie is available. This cute bunkie is a perfect little private sanctuary. Right beside the main cottage you have your own 2 piece bathroom with a double bed looking through French doors at the lake.
Also there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Everyone loves the experience of being able to shower privately but outside in the fresh air, there's nothing like it.
This cottage offers high speed wifi so if multiple people need to work it's not a problem. There is an apple HomePod for music or the news. We Also have garbage and recycling pick up every week.
With just steps away, the Railway Trail offers km's of fun to do a family bike ride, run, or just enjoy a gorgeous walk along the 5km and see all of Cameron lake. However you want to experience this path it's a gorgeous 5min walk along the lake path into the Village of Fenelon Falls. This fabulous little town has lots of shops, antiques and great restaurants, even our own craft brewery. Check out the locks (always fascinating) where you can watch the boats travel through. Grab an ice cream at Slices & Scopes or if you prefer a frozen yogurt check out the Country Cupboard just steps away.
There's always something to do or not but it's wonderful to have a choice. The grocery store is minutes away so you're never out of supplies. A don't miss attraction are our beautiful falls, new splashpad, new bathrooms and new playground with a zip line.. all at our public beach just minutes away. So much fun for the kids! The Museum which is at the public beach park right beside the splash pad, offers tons of free outdoor activities for everyone. Every day there are free activities for the kids. Sit and enjoy your coffee while the kids play for hours, your kids will never be bored. Again a 5 min walk away from the cottage..

| We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, comfortable and immaculate cottage. It is in a great location, walking distance to town if you don't feel like cooking or want a change of scenery. Cottage had everything we needed including an outdoor cooking area.
Dock and beach area were perfect for swimming and fishing.
Nancy was an amazing host and thought of everything.
We would recommend this property to any family or friends. Nothing to improve on. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

| My wife and another couple rented this amazing cottage for a weekend away to ski and relax. From the moment we walked in, this cottage was amazing as it looks like it should be in a magazine. It is so beautiful, clean and functional. The open concept led was super convenient for socializing and hanging out. The photos do not do this place justice as it is so unique and warm. The location could not have been better as it is steps from miles of trails to ski, snowshoe or hike on. The cottage was fully equipped including a fully stocked kitchen and everything you could ever need to make your stay enjoyable. We had lots of privacy and one of us had a bedroom upstairs and the other on the main floor. The view of the frozen lake was beautiful and we had a great bonfire under the stars on a crisp winter evening. It was only a short walk into the town of Fenelon Falls where we had drinks at the brewery followed by dinner at Murphy's. Nancy was easy to communicate with and met us at the cottage to show us around. We will definitely be booking again, hopefully in the summer.

| As soon as we booked the property, owner Nancy was in contact right away. She was so helpful and insightful, gave a lot of useful information immediately which helped with our planning. Leading up to our stay, Nancy was always readily available to answer any questions we had. Nancy continued to be responsive and attentive during our whole trip!
This property was amazing! Very recently updated, decorated in such great taste! This place had everything we needed and more. The back porch was our favourite part of the cottage. It was perfect for rainy and sunny days. The water was amazing, my young kids (2 and 5) could walk right in. Zero weeds. A nice beach front which was perfect for my 2yo who loved to play in the sand. The swing right by the lake was a close second in being our favourite part! My family used the canoe when we were there and it was great!
The outdoor shower was cool and the foot rinse by the deck were perfect to wash away all the sand off my kiddos.
Super close by (walking distance with two kids and no stroller!) was a park and splash pad which were very new. The town of Fenelon Falls has lots of cute shops and great places to eat. Slice n scoops and the sow and cow were two of our favourites.
We would recommend this property to any family and friends. Nothing to critique! We had a great time!
