Welcome to our waterfront retreat with unbridled access to thousands of islands and waterways to explore, trails and wild life in the charming town of Honey Harbour and the Georgian Bay lake. We are open for bookings all year around. This cottage has a maximum occupancy of 8, no exceptions can be made to this number.

This luxurious cottage is located on Georgian Bay Lake and is in the heart of the Honey Harbour town with a 2 acres property offering total privacy and is accessible via private road. This cottage is reachable with a 1.5 hours drive from GTA and offers all amenities in the area including a local grocery store, LCBO, marina's and restaurants which are under 5 minutes away.

The cottage offers all the amenities of a modern home during your stay. Kitchen is fully supplied and with a dishwasher you spend less time cleaning and more time relaxing. The open concept design with high cathedral ceilings and large windows offers stunning views both from the master suite and the main living area which includes a gas fireplace and satellite TV. Master suite is located on the main floor with a 4 piece ensuite bathroom including a walk in steam shower. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each bedroom includes a three-piece bathroom. The basement includes an open concept design with additional sleeping areas which include 2 double and a single pull out beds. The basement has a 4 piece bathroom, complete laundry facility, wood fireplace, sauna and a second walk out area leading directly to the water. You have the luxury of enjoying the views from main floor large deck which includes a BBQ and a patio set relaxing area, or you may enjoy the lakeview from the secondary water deck which includes a large wood fireplace with additional seating. Please note all linens for the duration of your stay will be provided and cleaned prior to your arrival.

NOTES

Smoking:
No smoking is allowed IN the cottage. Use metal containers for all butts and take away with your garbage when you leave.

Fires:
Fires must be kept in control at all times. Bonfires or large fires are not acceptable. Never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish your fire when you are done.

BBQ:
A barbeque is provided with at least 1 full propane tank.

Garbage:
All garbage accumulated during your stay must leave the property upon departure. Check the Cottage Guide for the nearest dump location. Remember to take in all garbage at night as the raccoons will get to it, even if you are down at the fire. They are brave and cheeky. Garbage can be stored in the shed beside the cottage until you have a chance to properly take it to the dump. Use the garbage bags provided.

Water:
Our Cottage water comes directly from the river and can be used for drinking, dishes and bathing. the cottage has a sophisticated water filtration system which allows the fresh water to be used after filtering.

Septic System:
This is very important. Everyone in your rental party must be aware of the care and maintenance of this system to prevent any unpleasant and expensive issues. Single ply toilet paper should only be used. No other objects, including paper towels and feminine products can be flushed down the toilet.

Cleaning:
It is the vacationer's responsibility to leave the cottage in a neat and tidy state. Some cleaning supplies are available in the cottage for your use. Dishes should be clean and put away. Garbage should be taken away.

Inventory:
All renters and members of their party must respect the cottage, its contents and surrounding property.

We stayed a week at this cottage with extended family from Switzerland. The cottage is very large, comfortable and well-maintained. The location is ideal: not too far from the GTA and directly on the water. We especially enjoyed swimming off the dock, the two large decks and the well-equipped kitchen. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this cottage!

We've just returned from a new years stay at this gorgeous cottage in honey harbour, and our experience was amazing! The cottage is very spacious, the views were incredible, and the décor was superb and most importantly everything that we needed was included.
The booking process of the cottage was very easy and exceptionally organized. We will definitely return!

Wow what an amazing cottage! I did a lot of research and ended up choosing this location for my husbands birthday and I was not disappointed! The location was truly amazing, super easy road access and the cottage itself is just beautiful, It had all of the amenities that we required and more. We will be booking this cottage again during summer season.

This is the cottage you want to rent, everything in description is on point and maybe a bit under played. As soon as you pass through the gates at front of driveway you know you picked a great place. Cabin was great, we were a group of 6 and we have no complaints. Owner was very good to deal with and promt on answering any questions. So now....go ahead and book we would come back in a heartbeat!

This is a gorgeous cottage with a spacious deck and dock. We found it very clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. There are two bedrooms
upstairs each with their own small bathroom including a stand-up shower and the master on the main floor with a luxurious en-suite. The basement bedrooms have a walkout to the lake. The whole cottage seems new including the furniture. We had a great week and plan to return next year!
