weather conditions. keep in mind may people live on the cottage road and everyone gets around just fine with winter tires
*Plz note this is 2 buildings with bedrooms and entrainment .... Mallard Rock, a true Canadian Cottage feel with stunning waterfront views. This 4 season cottage is a short 2h drive from Toronto and Merely 45 minutes from Peterborough, 20 min from Lakefield. Mallard Rock is situated in a fully wooded 1.5-acre lot located on the eastern end of the Kawartha lakes region. With over 650 feet of gorgeous waterfront on Stoney Lake. The cottage is Air-conditioned & heated in the winter. Mallard rock is great for groups who want to have their own space but still be together under one roof. 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, 2 BBQs, 2 refrigerators, plus a guesthouse with the hole upstairs as 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a pullout, the games room perfect for the whole family to enjoy day or night, rain or shine. The family room has a gorgeous stone fireplace that offers beautiful views and comfortable lounging space. Catch some fresh air on the deck or Down by the dock, there is lots of room for outdoor fun. Private setting ideal for children to play.
**Please note due to the covid 19 we do not provide linens, you must bring your own.
***Please note there are two buildings the cottage and the games room bunky is very big and has lots of room for entertaining a very large upstairs 3 rooms with four beds and a pullout couch.

WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE COTTAGE. ALTHOUGH IT IS A LARGE PRIVATE AREA, SOUND DOES TRAVEL. JUST BE MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS.
**You will be required to sign our Safty waiver form.
** Only the amount of guests registered at the time of the booking are allowed to be on the property (children included). Unregistered guests create more work for cleaning, septic tank (backup), water consumption, wear, and tear, etc. If you plan on having more guests after you have made a reservation simply adjust your booking or call us directly, we can make accommodations. If you are found to have more guests at the cabin than confirmed on the reservation, your booking will be cancelled and we will ask you to vacate the premises immediately.**
** If there is excessive noise at night, and there is a complaint or the police are notified, you will be removed from the premises**
