Gorgeous 4 seasons waterfront cottage on Pigeon Lake, conveniently located 5 minutes boat or drive from Bobcaygeon. Inside: 4 Bedrooms, Jet tub , Wood burning fireplace, Games Room with Foosball, Pool Table, AIR Hockey, fully equipped kitchen and brand new beds with mattresses.
Amazing lake view from all common areas: dining room, kitchen, family room and specious sun room.
Outside: large deck with Gazebo, outdoor furniture and BBQ, Firepit, Sauna, Hot tub, Shallow beach, Boat dock.

Our Cottage offers a great experience with multiple room overlooking beautiful Pigeon Lake:
We have 4 bedrooms around 3000sq ft + Sunroom and Large Game Room which you can access from separate entrance outside or through Bedroom #4 and for sleeping arrangements we have the following new beds with new mattresses:

Bedroom #2: Loft bed (Single over Queen)
Bedroom #3 Queen bed and Bunk bed (Single over single)

For Summer: We provide 2 single kayaks, 1 15.6FT Canoe for 3 people and pedal boat for up to 5 people rated capacity, 14 FT Trampoline for kids as well as our gorgeous shallow beach.

***Dock, Trampoline and watertoys are out in the property and on the water from Victoria Day Weekend until the Thanksgiving Day weekend.***

Note: Our cottage is conveniently located 5 minutes boat or drive from touristic Bobcaygeon with grocery stores, famous lock #32, great shopping and yummy restaurants, moreover there is always things to do in the area if you dont want to sit at the cottage and play games, or if you dont want to be in Sauna and Hot Tub. There are hiking trails, ATV and Snowmobile trails and all of this within 5 minutes drive. this is all in addition to direct waterfront and boating option for 5 lakes without locks.

Convenient location, awesome amenities and perfect for families!

We stayed here, 6 adults and 2 young children and it was perfect. Sandy beach for the kids, deck and hot tub for the adults. Close enough to town to get what you need but far enough in the country that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake. Kayaks, canoe and paddle boat were all enjoyed and the boys caught lots of fish right off the dock. Rain showers were not a problem as we would retreat to the games room and played air hockey, foosball and pool. Also, wifi was more than adequate for all of our devices and kept the kids happy. We would stay here again!

We had a great week at Alex's cottage! It was well equipped and included extras like linens and potable water which was a bonus. The hot tub was an enjoyable addition on those cool nights. The only thing I could say we missed was a supply of games and puzzles.

Excellent rental! The cottage is fully equipped with just about anything and everything you could want. The kids had a great time at the little beach and the games room. Lots of fish to be caught off the dock and the lake is beautiful. Thank you to Alex and Olga for your hospitality and prompt responses to every question we had leading up the the trip.

We had a wonderful time at Alex's cottage. It is incredibly spacious with plenty of things to do. Alex was also very responsive and kind and took the time to make us feel at home.

The cottage is on a wonderful lake for swimming and water craft activities. All outdoor amenities are in great condition as well.
