This luxury villa will spoil you. Large tastefully decorated rooms lead out to a huge deck overlooking the Marina and further west, Lake Huron. Spend leisurely days watching the boats cruise up and down the river with a glass of wine in your hand. The gourmet kitchen will make meal preparation and entertaining a joy. The large living room includes a large screen tv and a super large sofa.

There is a new washer and dryer to do your laundry. The villa is located above the art gallery on the second story, so there is a set of outside steps to climb to access it.

The villa is nestled on the river in the Marina District in Grand Bend. You will find art galleries, restaurants and small shops within walking distance.
