Located 1 block from the beach with easy access, perfect location for the kids while remaining a fun escape for adults to relax, unwind embracing nature and all of Turkey Point's surrounding amenities.
Room for 2 parked cars along the cottage, BBQ, fire pit and a wraparound deck perfect for sun tanning and having dinner. Living room has plenty of seating with over sized love seat, 2 over sized chairs and 2 sitting chairs in the reading nook. Kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave, custom built in bench seat for dining and a real wood burning stove. You will love all the custom added touches this cottage has to offer that will make your vacation memorable and easy to enjoy

- Smoking is only permitted outside. You must ensure all cigarette buts are picked up and removed from the property at the end of your stay.
- Upon check out please follow the Vacationer Check-out Sheet provided in Welcome Package (ie. Clean out the fridge and garage to the road)
- All bylaws must be followed (noise, parking, fire). Any infractions will lead to immediate termination of rental period, with no refund.
- All pets must be approved prior to stay by Erie Lake Retreats. Vacationer indicated on Rental Agreement must ensure all pets are well behaved (no chewing, potty trained, excessive shedding ect.) as all damages caused by said pet will become the liability of renter.
