1- The cottage resting on a 50' x 150' corner lot in an excellent location, and it has been fully renovated with pines all over the place. Please see the pictures!
2- Services are including the following: unlimited wireless internet, two large TV screens, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas barbecue, two windows air conditioning units for hot summer weather, and outdoor furniture, so you can sit and enjoy the view!
We offer a free Netflix entertainment, plus a Prime Video to our valued customers.
3- The cottage has One Queen bedroom, a double bedroom, and a sofa bed on the third open room . It can accommodate up to 6 people to sleep at the cottage itself, while the Bunkie has two large bunk beds.
The Cottage policy can accept ONLY a maximum 6 of people.
4- Renters expected to bring their own bedding, pillows, toiletries, towels, dish towels, dish cloths.
5- There is a Large yard with a concrete pad and walkway for fire pit area to enjoy some late nights and beverages!
6- For an extra perk, check out the approx 11' X 19' bunkie(2 double beds and 2 single beds) for those grandkids, children or guests to have some fun campout time.
7- Quick access to beach & play park.
