Minimum 3-night stay $950.00 or $1,500 per week, a security deposit is required with no additional fees.
Towels are provided, however, you will need to bring your fitted and flat sheets and pillowcases. There are some comforters and blankets in the cottage.

The beach is private to just 22 homeowner in area and most of these owners already have there own private waterfront. Super master bedroom and 2 full bathrooms.
High quality working BBQ.
Access to private dock and private beach only 2 minutes walk. Our family had a great time canoeing and kayaking and just relaxing at the very private beach.

| We needed a rental for work at very short notice and Bob and Carol came through for us. They have been great to deal with, and the house was beyond our expectations.

| Our group of 5 had an amazing time at this cottage! Everything was exceptionally clean and the cottage was beautiful in person. We had a lot of space to be comfortable, the sunroom was so cute, and we loved the living area. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. We would love to come back another time!
