This delightful cottage sits on an expansive, parklike property in the heart of the Muskoka Lakes. Enjoy the sand beach and tennis courts or explore the nearby towns of Port Carling, Port Sandfield, Minette and Rosseau.
The Property:
This park-like property is the perfect escape for an active family! Play a game of soccer on the large, grass covered fields, enjoy a game of tennis on the newly renovated court, try your hand at a game of horseshoes, or relax in a Muskoka chair while you watch the kids play on the hard packed sand beach. With easy boating access to all of Lake Rosseau and only minutes to access Lake Joseph and Lake Muskoka you can take your family on a cruise of the lakes or head to town to do some shopping. A designated boat slip comes with the cottage so you can bring your own or rented boat.
The Cottage:
This bright and well-appointed cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay on Lake Rosseau! When not spending your time on the large, oversized deck overlooking the grounds and waterfront you will be spending your time in the beautiful and spacious Muskoka room. Complete with a large harvest dining table that comfortably seats 8, a gas stove and plenty of comfortable seating, this Muskoka Room is the heart of the cottage.
The spacious and open nature of this cottage makes entertaining and family time a pleasure! The updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, built in wine fridge, island breakfast bar, and skylights makes cooking a pleasant experience. You can cozy up next to the wood burning stone fireplace or head downstairs to the lower level living room to play games or watch a movie. The four bedrooms are cozy and bright. This cottage and property have plenty of space for your family to spread out and enjoy!

Policies
Muskoka Cottages by Marlene is committed to providing all our Guests and Cottage Owners a safe and responsible rental experience. With the abundant uncertainties around the Covid-19 pandemic situation, we have adjusted our regular Payment and Cancellation Policies. These updated policies provide a level of flexibility in both timeline commitments and payment obligations.
Payment Policy
50% deposit of a reservation is due within 14 days of a booking request being approved by the Manager, with the balance due 30 days prior to Arrival Date (vs. usual payment policy of 60 days prior).
Cancellation Policy
30 days prior to Arrival Date, the Manager will email Renter requesting confirmation of reservation.
A Renter wishing to cancel a reservation will have his/her deposit (less 5% booking fee) refunded.
A Renter wishing to firm up reservation will be sent a secure link to make his/her balance payment.
A Renter cancelling 1-29 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee and the 5% booking fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the Rental and Cleaning and Linen Fees, less a $250 Administration Fee and the 5% booking fee, will be refunded to Renter.
An Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel a Rental Agreement at any time, at which point all payments will be refunded to Renter.
Should the Property not be available due to COVID-19 safety measures, or Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Renter.
