A well kept cottage exceptionally close to the Pointe du Chene Wharf, PdC beach, and less than a 10 minute walk to Parlee Beach. Grocery, convenience store, walking/biking trails, golf course, farmers market (Sundays), and the Town of Shediac all within biking distance. Drive-In Theater and Aboiteau Beach are a short drive away.
There is a good sized back yard with a fire dish. Tennis courts are about 30 meters away and the Pointe du Chene Beach is just beyond. The MBR contains a queen size bed and there are 2 smaller bedrooms with a single bed in each as the sleeping capacity is for 4 people.
