Our one of a kind, beautiful custom built Timber Frame Cottage faces a breathtaking view of the Georgian Bay. Over 2,500 sqft accommodates 10 people with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious open style living room with beamed cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan, family room on the main floor, another cozy family room on the second floor/ loft, recreation room in the basement, a cute balcony and a large deck overlooking the lake.
This cottage provides spectacular views of the Georgian Bay. Panoramic windows in the living room are overlooking the lake and the views are stunning!
Located just 90 minutes away from Toronto, in Victoria Harbour.
A few minutes away from Midland with its restaurants, pubs, Marina, grocery stores, LCBO etc. The area offers many attractions including: Tay Shore Trail, Mount St.Louis Moonstone ski hill (15 min drive), snowmobile trails, Sainte-Marie among the Hurons History Museum, Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre and more.
There is a public boat launch close by -The Albert Street Dock , it is located only 4 min away at 91 Albert Street, in Victoria Harbour
Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or just relax on the dock. The water is shallow at the shoreline and gets deeper at the edge of the dock.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare amazing meals.
The ceilings in the cottage are vaulted with large wooden beams that further enhance the look and charm of the open concept living areas.
For your outdoor enjoyment and fun on the lake we offer 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, 4 life jackets, fire pit, Muskoka chairs, large BBQ, flat grassy play area.
If you don't feel like cooking, Midland has plenty of restaurants serving delicious food for all taste and budget.
***Our cottage is open to mature couples and families with responsible adults over 30 years of age. We do not accept groups or parties.
A copy of valid ID is required for all guests planning to stay at the cottage at the time of the reservation.

| We had a lovely time at this cottage. The owners were kind and attentive to our needs, and the cottage is very well appointed with supplies (we felt very well looked after and that the owners have invested in the supplies needed for a great experience). The cottage is a great mix of luxurious/spacious while still feeling authentic and the location was beautiful. One perk we did not expect is that garbage is picked up - you don't need to take it away, and our family of 4 all used devices on the ample wifi. The cottage was clean, well maintained, and has a beautiful grand room and patios. The fire pit and kayaks were well-used. We also appreciated having quick access to Midland, the fantastic running/biking path, Wye Marsh and nearby butter tart places. Moreover, Marianna and her husband Leon were perfect hosts. We could have not asked for a better experience and would definitely return.

| We kicked off Summer by staying in this beautiful cottage. Marianna was very accommodating to our needs. The cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed. It is perfect for two families to spend time together. We swam, sat on the dock and kayaked all day. At night we watched the sunset and had campfires. There is a lot of room in the cottage, there are numerous places to sit for a quite moment. There is a large table inside and outside, for fabulous family meal times.
I would highly recommend this cottage.

| My family and I stayed at Timber Frame Cottage for 6 days in August, and we really loved it!!
Marianna was a delight to deal with and was always very fast to answer any question we had about our stay.
They met us on site when we arrived with some great tips of things to see and do in the area.
The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Fishing and swimming off the dock, campfires at night, this cottage has it all.
The water views from the large deck can't be beat.
We will definitely be back!!

| We had an amazing experience staying at the cottage. It has a beautiful water view from the family room and deck. We were group of two families - 8 people that stayed here. Both families had a wonderful experience and our kids enjoyed a lot. We did a lot of kayaking. Cottage was perfect, it was very clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Cottage owners are nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
