Guests should bring their own bedding and towels. Clean mattress covers will be provided but no blankets or sheets due to COVID-19 safety procedures.
Plates and silverware are on site however bringing your own kitchen supplies is suggested.

No reservations will be held without payments and contracts signed.
A security deposit of $750 will be required and will be refunded after the property is inspected and no damage is found. The refund will take place within 72 hours of checkout.
a cleaning fee of $150 applies to all reservations.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable until after check-out and serves to hold the reservation. 4 weeks prior to the check-in date (unless otherwise organized with the owners) the remaining balance is due. After this payment is made it is non-refundable unless in select circumstances where we are able to find other people to book for the same price on the same dates.

| Perfect long weekend to end the summer before back to school!
We got to the cottage and everything was clean and tidy, very spacious from inside to outside. We brought everything we needed but the cottage had everything from cutlery to cooking pots etc. Walking distance from beach, we used beach 3 so we drove because we had dog. Was able to bring XXL crate for dog and keep in bedroom with me. Our family had such a great time, will definitely book again. Thanks again!

| This rental's Wasaga Beach location is awesome. All options score high on privacy, space, cleanliness and modern aesthetics. Anything you want is within walking distance-views, beach, river, dining etc.. Booking process was a pleasure -everything was straightforward. Communication was top notch and they responded to any inquiries within minutes. You can tell they take pride in their Top Level service & treatment of guests. Fantastic family experience and highly recommend!

| I want to truely thank Mark for the amazing cottage. Was beautiful. The kids enjoyed it. Foozeball table was a great hit for the rainy evenings. Super clean, lots of beds, was a great short walk to the beach Main Strip. Thank you for letting my family stay, will absolutely visit again.

| Incredible location!!! So close to the beach. The owners clearly show pride in their work. We arrived and were greeted with a large a beautifully renovated cottage. Lots of parking. All amenities needed to have a nice comfortable stay. The kids loved the space and cleanliness. The owners made sure we were taken care of even when we had questions throughout the weekend.
Will absolutely be making this our yearly stay.
