Paddle away your cares! Cozy Cove is a classic family cottage, situated on scenic Whitestone Lake and is within driving distance to all of the amenities and activities available in the village of Dunchurch. This comfortable and private cottage offers great swimming, boating and family fun.
Cozy Cove offers a bright, open dining area adjacent to a spacious and relaxing living room perfect for gathering at the end of the day. The dining area seats six and looks out on to the waterfront. A large wrap around deck is complete with outdoor dining and a BBQ. The living room has seating for 6, a DVD player and movies for the family. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave and dishwasher.
This pet friendly cottage has three main floor bedrooms with ample room to sleep six guests. Two bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds. Also on the main floor is a 3-piece bathroom that includes a shower stall.
Up the ladder, the loft holds 4 twin/
cot beds. An ideal space for older children and adults to enjoy that overlooks the main floor with space to play games or read a book.
The large side yard equipped with horse shoe pits, is ideal for kids with plenty of space for a game of catch or kicking around a soccer ball. The waterfront has a gentle slope to the rock edge. Shallow entry allows for small children to enjoy. The 16ft dock offers an excellent place to swim or sunbathe and can dock a 15ft boat. It is 3 - 4ft deep at the end of the dock. Cozy Cove comes complete with a canoe. The firepit by the shore is great for roasting marshmallows, sing-alongs and creating fond cottage memories.
Cozy Cove is ideally situated for swimming, fishing and boating with a boat launch and marina located 6 km away. Dunchurch boasts many amenities including a library, community centre, general store with gas bar, restaurants and a medical care facility. Larger city amenities are available in Parry Sound, only 30 minutes away.
**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am
**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
