Available for rent is a clean, open concept 1200 sq. ft. cottage on an amazing lake.

The inside offers a great surround sound system, 55" T.V., fooseball table, board games, Bell internet, etc.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Very spacious inside, big L-shaped couch, sitting/games area, view of the firepit and dock from inside. Plenty of warm sun and relaxing shade balanced throughout the property.

Also on site for your use are 2 fishing kayaks, a paddleboat, and a BBQ (1 full tank supplied). The deck offers a gazebo area, and a propane fire table for a great time without all the smoke. For A/C there is a simple floor unit that does the job. This cottage stays nice and cool enough most of the time though!

Looking to rent to families of at most 6. This is not meant as a big partying cottage, as we wish to respect the surrounding neighbours and neighbourhood. Of course enjoying the cottage is welcome, but for large groups and/or late nights, please continue to search elsewhere. Thank you.

To help keep rental prices down, it is asked that you kindly leave the place the way you found it, and take away all waste/recycling you have. The owner will provide a 1 time pass for you to dispose of waste/recycling at the municipal dump. Included with the pass is a guide for sorting as well as hours of operation, location, etc.
