This newly furnished cottage backs right onto the Muskoka river. The family-friendly cottage is a great place to fish, relax on the dock, or swim. This part of the river is quiet and peaceful with no large watercrafts. From the cottage, you can take a walk into town where you can have access to shops and great restaurants. Hike or bike along the Great Canadian Trail nearby. Santa's Village, Kirby's beach, Muskoka Brewery, golf, mini putt & shopping (LCBO, groceries) is a short drive away.

While the cottage has all the amenities of a new modern home, it maintains the cottage charm with all pine interior.

There is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor. The space is designed with an open concept in the main areas to allow the family to gather together whether they are lounging in the family room, dining or cooking. Separated through a highway leads you into the bedrooms. We have a separated office area for you to focus if you decide to work from home as well.

In the lower level, you'll find another 2 bedrooms, a recreation room with games, a foose ball table and a full bathroom.

A fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook family dinners at home.

If outdoor dining is your thing, have a BBQ and enjoy your meal outside on the patio. Sit and have a coffee on the conversation set. If you have small children, the deck is fully gated.

There is a light gentle slope in the backyard and 8 stone steps take you right onto the dock. There is no need to worry about big stair cases to climb when all you want to do is relax by the water.
