Charming Lake Simcoe Lake House - 1 HR from Toronto

Our charming open concept 3 bedroom 4 season Lake House has SENSATIONAL views of Lake Simcoe and is within an hour of the Toronto - please note we are only accepting stays of minimum 31 days and are now taking reservations for Spring/Summer 2022.

Perfect for a relaxing family, couples or guys/girls weekend. All amenities are within 5 minutes and there is plenty to see and do. We do like to note that our Lake House is indirect lake front which means you need to cross over the road to our private beach and canopy shaded dock. Also, not best suited for children 2-12 years, we are a low key RnR adult getaway destination; however, we do make exceptions. We also have a strict no pet policy without exceptions as well no group events are permitted without the owners approval.

SPRING/SUMMER - 80 foot private waterfront, private dock to enjoy Lakeside relaxing, swimming, boating, miles of biking along picturesque Lake Drive, the ROC outdoor experience, golf, fishing and hiking trails are all close by. Located a short walk to two public beaches as well as De La Salle park. Outdoor fire pit to enjoy during your stay for those who enjoy roasting marshmallows and watching the sunset fireside. We do not have A/C; however, fans are provided throughout the cottage and we keep the windows open to enjoy lake sounds and breezes.

FALL/WINTER: biking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Truly a location to enjoy all 4 seasons to either relax with a book, go for a walk , bike along Lake Drive or just enjoy being active outdoors.
