The almost 3 acre road-access property is 4 minutes off the 400, 35 minutes north of Barrie in the Port Severn area. The driveway has a large turn-around loop as you near the dwellings to make for easy trailering in and out. It consists of a small sandy beach facing the bay for kids to play in, a quiet/ shallow cove on the south side and open to Georgian Bay on the north side is a shallow, sandy stretch of waterfront to slip kayaks and paddle boards, etc. in. A 20'x40' dock extends from the property's rocky point, via a board walk, into roughly 7' deep water with breath-taking sunset views. There is a fire pit with plenty of Muskoka chairs to enjoy summer evenings. The 3-story Costco play structure for kids on the back side of the property and some outdoor games onsite (bocce, lumber jenga and horseshoes) allow for fun times for all! The rental also comes with the use of a pedal boat, 3 children's kayaks, 2 adult kayaks and 2 paddleboards and 6 adult bikes and helmets.
The cabin has been gutted, and now has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin-over-double bunks), a renovated bathroom, galley kitchen with drink bar, dining space and living area with large windows overlooking the bay. The kitchen includes a new 6-burner propane range/oven, a microwave, 2 dishwashers, Keurig, french door fridge. The lower level is a deluxe ensuite unit with its own bathroom (including shower), a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk room, and kitchenette/drink space that walks out to the beach and bay.

| This place worked out really well for our week-long family reunion. The location is fabulous, feels very private even though there are other cottages nearby. Everything was newly renovated, such a pleasant space to relax and unwind. Lake wasn't as a cold as expected, great for swimming and snorkeling. Kayaks were a real bonus too. Elaine was very responsive as a host. Highly recommended!
