CHARMING COTTAGE ON THE FRENCH RIVER
Welcome to the beautiful Wolseley Bay on the French River. This newly built, open concept, pinewood cottage offers a great getaway experience for up to 4 people.
The cottage is an open concept with a vaulted ceiling. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and double size cabinet bed in the common space. Each bed has a mattress cover.
The kitchen is complete with everything you need:
stove, refrigerator
coffee maker, toaster, microwave
utensils, bowls, plates, cups, pots and pans.
Cottage also comes with Internet and TV with HDMI port. There is a barbecue with a table and chairs for sitting on the deck and enjoying your meal overlooking the river.
Guests must bring all linens: sheets; pillowcases and all towels.

Tandem parking for 2 cars in front of the cottage
Rental:
Weekly rentals during mid -June, July and August.
3 nights minimum rentals in May, early -June, September, and October.
Check-In is @ 3pm -and Check-Out is @ 11am
Fees:
Mid-June, July & August weekly rate: $1000/week
May, early-June, September, October rate : $160/night with a minimum 3 nights.
We require a $150 non refundable deposit.
