50% deposit on booking to secure preferred dates.
Remaining 50% and $400 refundable damage deposit due 45 days before arrival date.
Deposit fully refundable if cancelled 45 days before arrival minus a $50 admin fee.
Booking refundable if cancelled 44 - 30 days before arrival minus a $200 fee.
After that cancellations will be refunded only if house can be rebooked for cancelled dates.
If Cottage rental is prohibited due to the lockdown at the time of rental period, deposit will be refunded in full minus $50 admin fee.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sammie/Ryan's cottage. Last year, we stayed at their lakefront property but it was all booked this year so we decided to try this cottage. This location doesn't have lake access, but we could see the lake from the backyard and it was less than a 10 min bike ride to Presqu'ile Park. The park is a paradise for bird lovers, cyclists, beach goers and families. There is also a hamburger/fries and icecream food truck between the cottage and the park for a quick meal or a treat. This year, they frequently had live music. It is very close to downtown Brighton and a fairly short drive into Belleville or PEC.

The cottage itself was spotless. AC was great because we had some 35C+ days. The kitchen is very well stocked. There is a new bbq in the backyard and a firepit to roast marshmallows.

The beds were comfortable and the linens were luxurious for cottage living! My 5 year old slept great and was sad to be leaving even after 6 beach/nature hike/roasted marshmallows/ice-cream filled days.

Sammie and Ryan are absolutely wonderful hosts. Answered emails very promptly and even had a lovely card for my daughter when we arrived. They were extremely welcoming.
