Under the starry night sky and from the view of the Georgian Bay, we hope to accommodate and help you have a memorable and most comfortable stay as we welcome you into our 4 season home. Conveniently located 7 minutes away from the Discovery Harbour & the North West Basin Marina while being steps away from the closest beach, our home has something to accommodate and host anyone and everyone. The family & friends home offers a private Live Edge Wet Bar as well as a rooftop terrace which would make it perfectly and memorable for a family or friends getaway. Stargaze over the large terrace, sip on cocktails or just soak up the sun and have a relaxing bath, the choice is yours! Our 4 legged friends get to stay for free of course. This spacious home sleeps 7-8 very comfortably as there are 3 bedrooms as well as a pullout couch. The rooms come comforted with 2 Queen Beds, a twin bed as well as a queen pull-out couch both on the lower level. The home is also equipped with 2 Smart TV's with Amazon Fire sticks, extremely fast FIBER internet as well as 2 professional sound bars on each floor to enhance your music experience. The kitchen comes extremely well equipped with top of the line equipment such as an Air Fryer, Keurig Coffee & Pod machine, an air crisper & pressure cooker, toaster, tea kettle, popcorn maker, egg cooker, baking equipment & ovens and every kitchen cutlery or utensil you could possibly think of. The kitchen is truly a chef's heaven, and is extremely well equipped for a comfortable family stay that can provide any or all methods of cooking! We also ensure to carry baby cutlery as well.
The 2 level patio comes equipped with a 4 piece dining set as well as a small table and patio chairs for the larger level. There are extra chairs in the garage as well for a larger gathering. We also welcome you to bring your own loungers or equipment, as we have plenty of space to help store your items.
Our home also comes with a double car garage, spacious enough as well as being heated for any luxury or exotic vehicles while being able to accommodate jet skis , kayaks, canoes, motorcycles, small boats, etc. The driveway is able to accommodate another 3-4 vehicles as well.
We now have a fire permit. You can find it in the house manual placed on the dining table. Please practice fire safety and don't leave an active fire in the pit unattended. At all times during your stay, due to the fire ban, authorities may be patrolling the area to ensure fire safety compliance.

The entire house except for the Bunkie :). This part of the property is currently under renovation for a cozy & chill experience. We promise this will be worth the wait!
**Note** - We offer long term stays from Thanksgiving to Easter. The upper unit is available for rent and it comes fully furnished. Message for further details. Minimum 30 days rentals offered.

Tiny Beach- 18 Minute Drive, 1 hr bike ride, 2.30 hr walk- (70KM of shoreline, multiple beach areas, pet friendly areas)
Balm Beach- 20 minute drive, 1.15 hr bike ride
Georgian Spirit Cruises at Midland- 21 minute drive
Nearby towns have theatre, mall, multiple grocery store, car wash as well as many dine-in restaurants as well as mom & pop stores. Beach and open access areas to water are all along the coast as well.

Awenda Park offers multiple cross country ski & snowshoe trails as well as many trails which offer scenic winter hiking routes

Ice Fishing!!!!! There are many areas which are great for folks who would like to go for some ice fishing, including the areas surrounding the cottage.

| We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of sandbars and warm water at the beach. Lots of spaces to relax between the living room, rec room and rooftop patio. Close to Penetanguishene for outings and stores. Cottage was very clean and the owner was great to deal with. We would stay here again.
