WINTER, SPRING AND SUMMER BOOKINGS NOW - Come relax at this amazing 4 season, renovated cottage on Six Mile Lake. With an expansive, unencumbered west-facing view from our large Trex deck and 310 feet of water frontage on 1.5 acres of land there is plenty of room to explore nature and have a glass of wine while watching the spectacular sunsets every night. Whether it's summer sunshine, an autumn vacation with crispness in the air or a winter holiday get-away, this cottage has it all! Some features include - air conditioning, hot tub (depending on season), double oven, dishwasher, Generac generator, on-site Tesla charging station, cable TV, and outdoor fireplace. There are too many other great features to list. There are both shallow and deep water areas right off our docks and guests can use our canoe, kayak and stand-up paddleboard. For those who would like to bring their own motorboat, the launching dock is a short boat ride from our cottage at the Six Mile Lake Marina's boat launch. Given our cottage is on the most southerly part of the lake, it is an easy 1.5 hour drive from the GTA to our door step. Anyone who has rented our cottage has always asked if they could return for the next season. If interested, we suggest you don't delay because our vacation property is in demand all year long. Note: Our cottage is about 90 minutes from the GTA. You would take the White's Falls Road exit (also called Muskoka Road #34) and drive along that road for about 10 minutes. | This cottage was everything we asked for, and more! My group of 8 adults were more than comfortable in this spacious cottage. The deck, hot tub and dock had plenty of space and amazing views of the sunset over Six Mile Lake. The cottage itself was clean, with plenty of linens and bed space for us to use. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, and we completely underestimated how large the property was, with plenty of space for walks.
We will definitely be coming back!

| My family had a wonderful time on Six Mile Lake! The cottage was beyond exceptional! The kitchen was well-stocked and the sunsets were a joy to watch every night! Kelly was great at communicating with us and ensuring that all was in perfect order. We'll definitely be looking to rent next year!
